Mujtahid Institute – Intensive Summer Hifz Program 2025

Make this summer spiritually productive and transformative for your child through our Intensive Summer Hifz Program, designed for both advanced and beginner students. This 9-week program is structured into two levels, tailored to meet students at their current stage in their Qur’anic journey.

Program Levels & Goals

Level 1 – Hifz Class:

For students who can read from the Mushaf and have memorized at least one Juz’

Goals by end of program:

Master all Tajweed rules
Memorize two Juz’ of the Qur’an
Learn the Tafseer (explanation) of Juz’ Amma

Level 2 – Learn to Read Class

For students who cannot yet read from the Mushaf but are ready to learn

Goals by end of program:

Complete the Nooraniyah curriculum (Qur’an reading foundation)
Learn basic Tajweed rules
Study Tafseer of Juz’ Amma
Memorize half of Juz’ Amma

Time: Monday to Thursday | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Monthly Tuition: $300/month
Students Age: 8–16

Continuation of Hifz Program (Starting September 2025)

This program is designed for dedicated students who already know how to read the Qur’an fluently from the Mushaf and have memorized at least one Juz’. It provides a structured path toward completing Hifz while maintaining academic balance during the school year.

Focused memorization with Tajweed rules and Tafseer.
Small class sizes for personal attention
Collaborative learning involving teachers, parents, and students
Structured lesson tracking and daily progress logs
Commitment to discipline, consistency, and Islamic values

Admission Criteria

Age: 8+
Must read fluently from the Mushaf
Have memorized at least one Juz’
Passionate and committed to memorizing the Qur’an
Students undergo placement testing and.

Expectations

Daily preparation at home
Respect for teachers and peers
Consistent review of previous and new lessons
Dress code and classroom conduct must be followed
$200 fine for loss of Quran tracker (used to monitor progress).
